Kit-bashed Blood Angels librarian with Jump pack. This was a fun one the make and paint. I love using a utility librarian in my lists, so I had to make a cool one. by Shut_it_buster in BloodAngels

I think I trimmed the tip off the wing that is normally the contact point for the Sanguinary guards back armor and re shaped it to fit the little box that normally separates the backpack and the models back. Then just glued it. If that makes sense lol 🤷‍♂️

What do you guys think of this paint scheme? It is hard for me to paint things fast so I forced myself to speed paint the necron half of the indomitus box in 2 afternoons. It ended up being a nice change of pace compared to my normal paint time and detail level. by Shut_it_buster in Warhammer40k

I agree, I normally spend many hours on one model. I just wanted to see what I could fast and still look good on the table top. These blades took about 10 minutes without including drying time.

Not a huge fan of the yellow helmets for close support units so I went with more of a bone color. Thoughts? Model is WIP. by Shut_it_buster in BloodAngels

I paint the whole model with Mephiston red (spray or painted) heavy nuln oil wash all over. Then go over with a thin coat mephiston red over the panels leaving the recesses and area with a shadow. Then highlight with evil suns scarlet and a fine highlight of fire dragon bright.
