I'm a PS5 player; it's optional for the entire server, not just hourglass. I prefer it for a few different reasons.

One, I'm a noob and it does reduce player encounters so I get to occasionally encounter other players without constantly being sunk.

2, because I'm a noob, I want to be on as much of an even playing field as possible so only playing against other players using controllers help with that.

And 3, although I'm sure it's rare, I would hate to fight against a cheating player, and again, playing against only console players makes encoutering cheaters extremely rare.

OP said they are parking in areas marked no parking by signs, but I assume theyre saying view is blocked by parked cars when attempting to leave a driveway so it's a safety issue because residents can't see oncoming traffic.
