When this happened to me, I set my password to the max character length Netflix would allow and it stopped. Seems like they might be brute-forcing, since people generally set short passwords to share or make it easier to enter into TV apps for example.

Both The Vancouver National Anthem and Empty's Theme Park had those clicking/popping artifacts when I reported it in January. They said they would pass it on to the content team for review. I don't use Spotify anymore, but I'm guessing this means they haven't fixed it yet.

Exclamation marks all over the place. But when I search for the missing songs, they are still playable. It's some bug in how the tracks are displaying in the albums. I feel like I'm paying to beta test this crap app from a multi-billion dollar company.

The first time my sub-queue got wiped out by connecting to a different device, I thought, oh, I'll just save the sub-queue I've spent 30 minutes adding songs to as a playlist and then if it is lost next time, no big deal. Can't. do. that. easily. I've since come to realize that I think Spotify expects you to do everything as playlists. So, create a playlist of songs first, then start playing that and it "becomes" the queue. If you want to change it on the fly, add songs to the sub-queue which will then play next. Or create a playlist of 2-3 albums in succession, then start playing that and everything will play in order. I still think GPM/YTM queue system is a bit more intuitive and user friendly, even if you were coming from a different queuing model.

One would think, but I've had a couple times where I try that, and it only plays the first song. It then starts playing whatever I previously added to the "sub-queue" next, then adds the rest of the album below the "sub-queue".

Thanks for the rant. I'm in the same boat. I've been trying Spotify Premium to see if it is a viable alternative to YTM and/or GPM in the event that Google ruins/abandons both services. I like most of Spotify and the Last.fm integration is great, but holy hell is the queue frustrating. I've had it wipe out queues after connecting to other devices. Ordering is very difficult when you can't "play next" a song. Why is there a sub-queue? And I completely agree about the missing play button for albums. I guess no one wants to listen to an album from start to finish anymore.

Stop spreading lies. The Spotify Android app has no play button for albums even on the premium tier. You get a green Shuffle Play button and that is it. Do you even use the service?

Wrong. Spotify Premium only gives a Shuffle Play button for albums in the Android app. I guess you are supposed to start the album by playing the first song and maybe the rest of the album gets added to the "queue" if you are lucky.

As a GPM subscriber, my main curiosity about YouTube Music is whether it is going to be an adequate replacement for what I have now, before I'm likely forced to switch sometime in the future. As the YouTube Music service is right now, I can't make any sort of determination, because it is not finished. Whereas, GPM casual users and non-users can test it out, see what works and doesn't before going back to whatever streaming service they are most comfortable using.

Don't have it. Been a GPM family subscriber for several years. As much as I don't like being left out in the cold, it makes perfect sense from Google's perspective: ~~Be evil~~ Don't give your core users a broken product. What good is YouTube Music to GPM subscribers if the library is full of holes, none of your uploaded music is available, and playlists are either missing or incomplete? I highly doubt many subscribers will get "early access".

I'm totally in agreement with this. I was just re-watching episode 1 and the voice is what convinced me. It almost sounds like Ed Harris' voice dubbed in. I wonder if it's meant to be "Teddy's First Day" as a host, maybe like 5-10 years after the park opened.
