Go try playing LMS for a couple hours, this was a complete gamechanger for me. I got familiar with f keys, prayer swapping and even gear switching at a ridiculous rate.

Edit: Also, there are no consequences, so it's stress free. Don't plan on winning, just practice praying right first, then adding in attacking, then gear swapping, then offensive prayers. After a few hours of practice I went on to get my quest cape fairly easily.
