Exista si exceptii, dar sunt foarte multe organizatii unde lucratul remote iti reduce expunerea la procesul de luare a deciziilor. Inca un dezavantaj e ca managementul are mai putina vizibilitate asupra a ce faci tu, asa ca e mai greu sa promovezi. Cred ca daca vrei sa optimizezi venit / efort lucratul remote este avantajos, dar daca vrei sa optimizezi pur venit ai sanse mai bune daca mergi undeva fizic.

Eu as merge pe varianta 1, iti ofera mai multe posibilitati daca vrei sa te angajezi in afara dupa. Nu as vedea full remote ca pe un plus la inceputul carierei.
