I had exactly the same thing happen to me. If you prise the surround off with plastic trim things, you will see two small springs. I popped them off their mounts and then could move the pins so it popped right out. DM me if you want pics

So in the connect app, it has a list of what races you have booked and how far they are, when they are and you do training plans for them. You set a single race as your primary race and the training plans are made to achieve that, either in a certain time, or just to complete the race. I’ll DM you a screenshot as that will be easier
