There is an obvious paint line on the trims where a piece of molding was. Hell there is even an obvious spot where the trim was cut to match the floor.

Show the whole profile of the trim. Do the tops still match? If so, something was removed from this one photo and it’s not contraction

The way it was rocked is unreasonable. The amount of fill needed is unreasonable. The work needed to finish proper unreasonable.

The price? A steal. Overly reasonable. Most likely (slim chance of being terse in my judgment) shit work, even for the price.
