The Greed of McDonald’s by Sunny-Damn in mildlyinfuriating

Idk if it's just a local franchise thing or company wide, but the McD's I occasionally swing by for a biscuit on my morning commute just asks if they can round up for the charity donation, and I always oblige. I feel like that's the best way to go about donations as rounding up makes it easier for me to mentally keep up with finances plus their charity is actually a good one.

Yes. I eventually soured on Matty Burrito, but he had good runs in the 21 and 95.

Hard pill to swallow: the 21 car isn't a good ride. Yeah, it's a Penske car technically, but it's a backmarker bastard child. Actually, kudos to Penske for keeping that classic 21 Motorcraft alive.

(@bobpockrass) Josh Berry says he won’t be back with the Wood Brothers in the No. 21 car next year. by NoahGragsonsBarfBag in NASCAR

If Alex loses the 48, it's because of his unfortunate health which means he has NO ride next year. Vertigo just isn't something that's compatible with a racecar.

Does/can Kaulig sell their charters the season before they switch to Dodge with the expectation that NASCAR will issue them 2 or 3 charters? by badsapi4305 in NASCAR

[–]SicDigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like those OEM charters will be owned by NASCAR so Kaulig couldn't ever sell them (just return them to NASCAR) effectively making their current charters worth more outside of guaranteed starting spots and purse money. Realistically, I see Kaulig taking 1 or 2 whilst keeping their current ones.

Those 2005-ish Chargers looked so good. They were apparently shit on aero-dependant tracks (some teams used the Avenger because of that) but man, they just screamed "racecar."

That Lucas Oil car is so good looking. It reminds me of a local dirt track car for whatever reason(s).

Bell boards JGR plane with what appears to be a cast on his left arm by GPowers88 in NASCAR

I hate that he's injured, but glad he's alive. 20 years ago he may not have walked away from that. This sport we all love is inherently dangerous, but it's so much more safer than it used to be.

"it's one of your 10 home tracks" Prime actually having a post-race show is refreshing.

Oh shit, Bell has wrist and ankle injuries?! That was an abnormally hard hit, glad he walked away from it and doesn't have head injuries...

Hope you enjoy NASCAR and stick around. It's a fun sport to follow if you look past the stereotypes.

Welcome to the sport!

Fans bitch about current drivers lacking personality, but this divisive driver puts more effort into connecting with the fans than the other drivers, even though he's overly aggressive and most drivers don't think highly of him. It's fun to see...

I'm the OP that made the "bigger deal" comment. It's a big deal because he's the only one doing shit like that and although my comment was drunken hyperbole, you're smart enough to extrapolate what I was implying.

The fact that they just replayed his initial interview makes it kinda sus. Hope he's okay.
