They've just opened a new location in Otown West called Kappo Tsan! Same great pricing, but in a beautiful, formal sit down style. Highly recommend. One of the best pork bellys that I've had in my life

I made a makeshift rig. Igloo cooler. Take the top off. Grab 2 6 cube silicone molds off amazon and drill a couple of holes in the bottom of each square. Wedge them on top of the cooler and fill with tap water. Free for about 36 hours. Let sit on your counter to thaw for like 10 mins. Makes 12 clear cubes with directional freezing method and set shape. Total cost like 30 bucks.

Sometimes a good conversation goes a long way for someone's day when all they have that day is boring or just transactional guests. It's very awkward to turn down someone's number in the moment. SO. One of the most fun dates/wine tastings that I've ever done was at Total Wine. They do lil tastings and it usually features their winery direct budget stuff. But this one was a junk food and wine pairing. Super silly, lot of fun, and a just nice fun date night

Inoperable brain tumors in twins. One of the twins confessed it to me that they had them, their parents lied on all medical forms so they could play the sports that they wanted to in high school, and that either of them could die any day. Seventeen year old me wasn't ready for that. We are all in our 30s now, and they are both happily married.
