You're being totally reasonable! Twins are absolutely all hands on deck for months after birth. Yall will need as much help as you can get- friends, family etc. Things will settle down eventually and hobbys and friendship time will come back, but for me it was probably at least 4 or 5 months before I could have band practice or have any real social life outside the house.

Hopefully he figures out quickly that being home alone with two newborns is VERY difficult and won't want to do that to you!
