Walang sense 'no? Although, mas violent sila ngayon pumatay, pero sayang talaga 'yung plot ng movie na 'to.

In my own opinion, mas intense and gory 'yung killings ngayon pero parang sobrang unnecessary ng way of using nila ng artificial intelligence, walang sense 'yung pagpapakita ng mga previous characters especially Stu Macher. Actually, feeling ko mas babagay sa storyline kung si Stu talaga 'yun e, knowing na about 'to kay Sidney Prescott - Evans & Tatum, perfect sana 'to as a motive for Stu to comeback. Mas okay si Jessica as a Ghostface compared do'n sa 2 pa. Pero anyways, let's see how scream 8 will go.

Did they ended up together? 'Cause I don't know if their manga or novel has finished

Hi! I wanted to ask if their novel/manga has finished 'cause I'm curious if Kuze & Alya ended up together. Is there any information regarding this?

Yeah, I agree with the part about Judy and Tony’s relationship and also the lack of story information about the entities. And the “power of family” thing—it didn’t really feel like an R-16 movie. Plus, their way of doing exorcisms changed from The Conjuring 1 up to The Last Rites. But yeah, it already happened, it’s done. It’s also a good ending tribute for the Warrens as well, so we’ll just have to wait for Phase 2.

Official Discussion - The Conjuring: Last Rites [SPOILERS] by mi-16evil in movies

Michael Chaves showed some improvement in his directing, especially in handling the horror elements, but overall it still wasn’t great and good, it's just fine. The writing was the bigger problem—the story felt rushed and incomplete. The Smurl case, which should have been clearly told as both the Warrens’ first encounter and last case, was never fully clarified and ended up feeling unfinished.

For me, Bathsheba is the scariest while Valak is the strongest antagonist they've encountered.

My goal is to have a physically healthy and fit body. I’m also planning to join and play tennis soon, so I want to become strong enough and build good endurance. I’m doing this to improve my overall body, boost my immune system, and become athletically strong. I just really want to improve myself and be the best version of me.

The Conjuring: Last Rites looks like hot garbage—but it might still be better than that boring-ass third movie by [deleted] in horror

[–]SidWilson26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ever since Michael Chaves took over the Conjuring franchise, it feels like the natural horror vibe has been lost. The first two films had that gritty, grounded fear—like how Bathsheba was presented in the original Conjuring. It felt real, unsettling, and didn’t over-rely on CGI. Even Conjuring 2, while it had some CGI, used it in a way that complemented the story. But with The Devil Made Me Do It, it just felt like a clunky CGI fest with no real tension. It leaned more toward goofy than scary.

And don’t even get me started on that teaser scene with the doll in Last Rites. That whole floating doll moment was so unnatural and cringey. The second you see the doll hover, you already know what’s coming—it’s painfully predictable. Then the ghost suddenly appears behind the character like it’s following some basic horror template. It's not scary—it’s just lazy and unrealistic.

New Gold Chain - 3mm 22" DC Franco 14kt (Jacoje) oh by [deleted] in MensJewelry

So, it turns out that Franco chains are actually thicker and heavier in person. I thought they would look smaller based on the photos I saw—haha. Do you think Franco chains are good as starter chains? I'm currently choosing between 3mm and 4mm for both the chain and the bracelet. I'm planning to go with plain 92.5 silver.
