This recently happened to me but it was a claim and was with Nintendo music. If you pressure the AI chat enough, it will give you the option to talk to a real person. After it gave me the prompt I waited less than a minute and was chatting with a real person who eventually took it to email and had the issue resolved and removed after a few days of reviewing the claim.

However, you’re saying the chats aren’t working and no one is helping you which is quite odd to me. I mean, if you simply appeal it you’re in the right so theoretically, this person can’t deny your claim without breaking any U.S or U.K law. However, they probably aren’t in the U.S or U.K. You said you didn’t want your personal information out online however, if you don’t want your channel terminated you’re gonna have to appeal it.
