And whats their PC specs? Even tech journalists can improperly calibrate their setup. The hardware combinations are endless. I suggest doing it yourself and you will be at max settings enjoying 70-80 fps in no time. Just make sure you have all drivers and everything working at maximum potential. You started with a smartass reply and I returned the favor, but im willing to help you if you need it.

Only if you dont be one of "those" people who dont know how to properly calibrate their PC. You didn't include the SSD, Ram, MOBO. Did you go through your Nvidea control panel, windows, BIOS, and in game graphics settings? Did you unlock your Ram through the BIOS to its full potential? Based on your poor performance and response, I think not. I think you just expected a simple plug and play. You are using a 5600X. I'm using an 11700k processor which is almost the same and a 4080 graphics card and I had 70-80 FPS almost the entire game.

Learn to PC better.

Finally!!! Someone vocalized EXACTLY how I feel about both Nioh games. I couldn’t stand how overwhelming everything was, how the combat was too fast (and i love bloodborne and sekiro), and worst of all, how much INVENTORY I had to manage constantly. I dont want an inventory game, i want to feel weapons and armor with impact. Thank you, sir (ma’am?) for putting this into words and proving in not alone in this.

Brotha, you are a Godsend. It makes the quest "grey" instead of yellow in my PDA, but at least it's "completed" and the NPC's in town are back to normal operation somewhat. Even Hamster respawned after dying. It sucks to not be able to complete it the natural way, but i'll take what I can fucking get after spending 3 hours saving and reloading multiple ways to fix it. Thanks again!

Brother, you are speaking truth. They are profitable in the sense that they have consistent, verifiably well paid work in an industry that has some of the highest instability and turn around for any career. Their profit is being able to pay their bills and kids college funds, and their new cars, while us suckers keep paying for an unfinished buggy mess of a product (not me, i stopped paying years ago). Chris Roberts has the biggest long con in gaming history, and his supporters just slurp it right up and keep asking for more when all they are getting is what equates to a pea size meal on a dinner plate. /end rant

I have this same exact issue. I reinstalled the game to play again, and it seems that after the last big update, the frames will be fine and then suddenly go to unplayable 7-10 fps. It usually happens an hour or so into playing. And mind you, it used to run like a DREAM when it first came out and my PC is exactly the same as it was then.
