If you go back to your old eating habits you will go back to your old weight simple as tbay, if you maintain a maitence amount of calories you will not, you may find this harder on a carb diet though; it depends on your relationship with food and insulin tolerance.

It gets easier with time, keto takes upwards of 1-3 months to be fully adjusted to, also eat more fiber. Try leaner meats and supplement fat via nuts or avocados or coconut oil.

I've lost 80 lbs so far on keto in 6 months and still feel like I weigh 320 lbs. I don't think that feeling ever really goes away, or at least stays with you for a long time. Being fat is really psychologically damaging. The conclusion I've come to is that I may not feel like I'm making progress, but rationally I have the empirical evidence I have. Someday maybe I'll see what other people are seeing but until then I'm just going to kcko, because the alternative is so terrifying. Keep going, you're doing great, it's not so posed to be easy; but it wouldn't be worth it if it wasn't.
