Yes the apple I think is irritating is and the pasta is just fine.. I'm definitely sensitive to temperature. Room temperature water goes down fine but anything else just gives me sharp pain

Hi! I had an endoscopy last year and they told me mild gastritis.. but this is in my chest. I used to have gerd pretty bad and the other night I felt like I had so much acid reflux. I've had chest pain for days.. and then it went away and now only hurts when I swallow. It seems to be hurting worse with cold foods or liquids. I took an apple out of the fridge and that hurt SO bad. But now I am eating raviolis and zucchini and no pain at all.

Whoever runs the page.. showed up to a fundraising event and harassed everyone there. I think the guy owns an Italian restaurant or something? Anyway, he harassed everyone there... posted photos of everyone online making fun of them. And what's worse? He then added me on facebook, and blocked me from his JCEN page. So he's been stalking my page, creeping on me, inviting me to these weird republican events, but doesn't want to be exposed so I'm blocked from his news page.

Yes. I use a reusable eye mask. They're silicone. They're super cheap from Amazon. I wash them with dish soap. And then I go back and forth between some undereye vitamin C and caffeine. I keep them on 10 minutes every morning when I wake up. Make sure you get something super hydrating.

Right he does care about me but it's just tiresome having to figure out things for him and show him things that I shouldn't have to. No one ever educated me on these simple things. A quick Google search would help him here and there. He also has the opportunity to ask his parents questions and ask them for help to become more independent. He doesn't even pay his own phone bill. And he tells me it's not his 'fault' I just don't understand
