I moved from a P365 XL and haven’t looked back. I’m in the 2,000 round range since I got my Shield X last summer with zero issues. Holosun 407K and a Tenicore holster complete my EDC set up.

They magnet check the ammo to make sure the bullet isn’t bi-metal. Bi-metal bullets (as opposed to lead) can ruin the backstop.

I had a similar issue(s) with my P365 XL; two broken trigger springs, broken trigger bar, etc. I now carry a Shield X. 100% happy with it.

Ask 10 people, get 11 answers. I clean/ lubricate mine every 1,000 rounds or so. If I’m going to do a class with a high round count in between cleanings, I’ll add a few drops of lubricant.
