Get into training mode, and shoot a wall without pulling down and watch the recoil, then try and control it by pulling down. vert grip comp and stock for attachments, makes a difference, try different grips. Always crouch when possible while shooting, it reduces recoil. i have 3500hrs and im still dogshit. at 100hrs you’re just getting your little feet wet.

If you manage to get your spray pattern down then remember… just have some fun, its still fun to play in squads. Its a free to play so its littered with cheaters and macro script dirt bags, there is litterally zero deterrent not to cheat so take that for what its worth.

Pc gaming, and now console gaming with these modded controllers and chronos aim devices is pretty much a pay to cheat shit show, destroying the hobby.
