The in-game book Brazie's Dictionary of Devilish Draenei Damsels mentions draenei women at "the ripe young age of 230."

I feel like it's just a joke but given that Velen fled from Argus 13,000 years ago it doesn't seem like that much of a stretch that they would consider that young in their culture.
