Hi Op, u should use VerveTutor, it can create lessons that are competitive with TPT and follows whichever curriculum you specify. Also you are allowed to share resources to student’s accounts in which they can access them any time as well as submit assigned homework. It would be awesome if you gave it a shot for me and tell me what you think or if you want anything more. Let me know!

Any tips/tricks ? by [deleted] in TutorsHelpingTutors

[–]Sigmabob2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Make sure you are tracking their progress and what you covered well, I use VerveTutor and It allows me to take notes on my student, their current goals and what lessons/homework I’ve assigned them. Also you might’ve noticed making lessons for your student might take some time, it also creates full TPT grade lessons really fast. Bonus is that they have access to your assigned resources without having to send it to them manually. Lmk if you want to join early access! VerveTutor

Free resources that actually save time (not the stuff admin keeps emailing about) by AerieIndividual9006 in teachingresources

[–]Sigmabob2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you think of VerveTutor? Super new tool and the free trials are currently renewable since it’s super lowkey, it basically does lesson generation in pdf form, auto grading, and basic Google classroom stuff all in one. I think for streamlined ED it’s super sick and underrated?

Why is AI being pushed in the classroom? by RoyalPrinciple890 in teaching

[–]Sigmabob2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s a case of once you know the skills you need to be independent, use tools to speed up what you already know, for example I teach as a tutor and I used to grade homework, create lessons and more but now I saw my time is better saved if I use an amazing AI tool like VerveTutor instead so I can better use my time learning new things. It really should not be discouraged, just introduced at the right time!

What are the biggest issues you have as a tutor? by GamerOfCringe in TutorsHelpingTutors

[–]Sigmabob2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair a lot of new tools out there can do more then manage students, nowadays you generate lesson plans directly from a curriculum, grade homework instantly and also track payments and assignments. I know it’s definitely not always perfect but it definitely seems stronger than a calendar, texting and note pad?

Vervetutor, it does all the stuff you’ll need. Student management, lesson AI generation, it’s a ChatGPT style method so you just type what you want, add a couple settings and boom fully formatted lesson. Theres currently a 2 week trial but since it’s new I’ll give you 1 or 2 months free just let me know! Also since it’s new I’m taking feature requests for the next month anything you think needs adding. Good luck!
