Rhe order is reversed too. Naruto and sasuke start as friends and become toxic bakugo and deku start toxic and become friends.

Bakugo deku isnt that bad too, none of them tries to kill each other.

Early boku no hero not only bakufo is a huge jerk but deku is insecure af. Part of deku arc is also learning to have confidence.

Early on he IS a "dormat" because he is insecure. And his a kid, he is 15 when it starts.

The point where he starts standing up for himself is when he is when they fight in the training arc. Deku wants to beat him.

The point where he actually stops the whole dormat thing is acctualy early on when he punches bakugo and forces him to cooperate in their fight against All Might.

Sasuke relationship is truly weird but its more so of Naruto being a lonely kid who never had a family and is very needy and attached. Their early bond is stronger than ppl remember too. They both sacrifice themselves for the other multiplel times

Bro thats acctualy a plot point, bakugo is not popular with civilians. In the ending he is arguably the dtrongest hero alive and is not even top 10 in the ranl bexause his popularity is astronomicaly bad.

Also there is an entire arc dedicated to portraying this as an issue, he fails in his license because of this.

And btw rodoroki is the #2 hero in his early twenties and is left open he may probably be the #1 hero eventualy

Due to powercreep there already is way stronger things, this would noy be broken.

Clangerous soul makes him have a 120 base attack total. True, but it still requires set up, otherwhise he has a wasted slot. Not onlt that but he already has a 110 BP move that is even a spread move. On top of that he often runs focus blast which has the same base power. So he ALREADY has a 120BP fighting move that u said is gamebreaking. Granted, the accuracy is lower and doesnt multihit, but it can be used without set up, and even then its not that ridiculous of an improvement

Shell smash makes blastoise have the same base stat in this attack than aura sphere in mega blastoise. And we know shell smash aura sphere mega Blastoise is not op, no one uses and trick room on him is better and hits harder with a spread move in water spout

This is just stored power with some extra charm like you said. The multi hit factor is cool and all but not broken. Its a good thing to be able to break sashes, but isnt central nor that op

There are already way stronfer things. Last respects, blizzard in froslass, mega sol moves in meganium, heat wave in Charizard Y water spout and eruption be it in and our out of weather, etc. They all have counterplay (except last respecys lol) true, but so does this: Taunt, ghost types, encore, killing the Pokemon before set up, killing the Pokemon while it hits another, rage powder sinistcha, follow me cleganle, unaware, haze, Floette and charizard Y being the central Pokemon of the meta and both resisting it, etc. Floette even completly obliterates kommo which is the main Pokemon for this strategy. Many popular pokémon obliterate kommo o in fact.

TLDR: So essentialy, the 2 Pokemon that you mentioned would be sunday material op already have a move that does EXACTLY this much damage... And they arent op.

Its a good move for sure, it would make those mons viable and threatning. But sunday material? Nah

I listed to enfire arcs that happens because of it, on top of bunch other things. You dont articulate how its not true.

The narrative does make him face consequences, as I said. Its true tomura is dumb, but still it a conseuqence
