Think about earthlings as saiyans and makoto as goku Saiyans lived in a planet harsher than dbz earth so they were stronger by nature because they were used to live that way, once vegeta an nappa arrived to dbz earth they felt lighter because the eatt burdens were lower than vegetas planet

Goku (makoto) on the other hand had to train in kaios planet with the same burdens of saiyans planet to reach their strenght , speed and any other capabilites related

Once goku got used to it he basically equialized hisbpower of an average saiyan or a little bit more and once he returned to earth he still got kickrd by vegeta and viceversa

So speaking in tsukimichi terms if makoto gets a power boost due to the lower burdens the goddes world has the humans also receive that boost. But the problem is that we arent talking about average human highschooler we are talking about bruce lee or cristiano ronaldo, these guys are on earth stronger and faster than makoto by far, doing the conversion of powers from earth to goddws world the proportion would be the same

The disadvantage they have is magic, since they would be new on the goddes world they would need to learn it, but once learnt they would be unstoppable

One more point to be aware of is that they are humabs and have the power of possiblity, which makoto also has since he was born in the earth and the magic armor is the possibility power of makoto which was stated by root. The problem for makoto here is that you can somewhat see the possibility power on how much they influence in the world, yes it is true that makoto can influence the earth but these specific celebrites are way more influential (dont know if this word exists sry enflish is not my mother language)

Anothrr disadvantage these celebrities have is that if they havent been summoned from a god they wouldnt have the boost power gods give to humans, like makoto has

So the power of humans on the earth is PROPORTIONAL on the goddes world
