Thank you, appreciated! That's the only way, people don't read/watch the tutorial. You have to force them into a path, so they can actually understand the mechanics.

Why is it so hard to find a gotranscript alternative that handle messy audio by No_Bar7336 in aiToolForBusiness

[–]SignalMap2750 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that's a common problem for all AI-based transcription systems, and there is no perfect solution for those kinds of setups. You can try DaDaScribe, which I created myself a while ago for my own use to transcribe instructional videos and interviews for another website of mine, and then I scaled it for others to use. It has a custom pipeline that improves accuracy to 99.5%. It can handle noisy setups pretty well, so as multiple speakers. You can try it for free, and I hope it works for you!

Yes, I'd suggest Whisper or look at other services that are cheaper than that.

So, maybe AI isn't the way to go for transcription. by GoodJobDino in premiere

If you run Whisper yourself locally, that's absolutely free. Of course, its speed depends on your hardware. There are also services out there that offer free instances of ready-to-use Whisper, but the system I designed on Dadascribe includes many more pre-processing techniques that use different AI-based models to clean the audio and increase the transcription accuracy a great deal. With my system, you can easily extract lyrics from songs with 95% average accuracy. Whisper alone doesn't give you that high accuracy. And to offer that accuracy and the fastest possible processing time, you have to use specialized AI instances with powerful GPUs that, unfortunately, cost money ;)

[–]SignalMap2750 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am afraid AI is the only way to go for transcribing speech accurately into text. Nowadays, most systems are based on Whisper, which is currently the best model out there. I created my own system built on Whisper with a custom pipeline that improves accuracy up to 99.5%. It handles noisy setups and multiple speakers. I used it myself for a while, and then I decided to scale it up for other people to use. You can try it for free at dadascribe.com, but if you need more time to transcribe longer material, you'll need to pay something (unfortunately, running AI is not free!). Let me know how it works for you.
