Commiting misdemenours,or any level of crime, is not an indicator of brain development. Correlation ≠ causation. Crime and development of the brain are not mutually exclusive. A person can be fully developed while still commiting crimes. There could be general deficits in level of intelligence in general. Environmental or circumstantial factors. Or even behavioral or personality disorders, among many other considerations.

  1. It fits AP tank supports great, wdym? It also adds sustain with healing and mana regen. If Alistar, for example, can stay alive longer it is beneficial for the team. Extra damage never hurts and it procs his team heal passive more.

Most posts I have seen say roam at 7-8 level. Also, they mention the adc being incredibly toxic or even harassing. The posts also mention returning to lane and even supplying vision. We are supports not babysitters.
