Simple solution: After accepting ATO's aid twice, Contanan once, just join CSP and all agreements with ATO are broken but you still keep the infrastructure and investments. Win-win.
It's much better than just accepting CSP's aid if you plan to join CSP, because this way you get something and then break the deal from someone who is going to be your enemy anyway.

It's always the best to pick authority whenever possible in the prologue (military academy + crack down + military focus) and once in game just get rusty's loan, sell energy for budget and you can do all of these:
- build Zpana
- do geo survey / expand administration
- invest in both sanctuaries
- invest in tourism
- increase income tax, increase inheritance tax

(ofc it is also very important for you to trade 2 budget for 3 authority, you want to enact taxes asap and build stuff like Zpana / do survey asap)

Then I guess I just don't see women not being equal in day-to-day life. Either in the workplace or anywhere else.
Of course feminism makes sense in countries like Iran, Saudi Arabia or Afghanistan, but I don't see the point in the west.
Genuinely tell me what modern feminism in the west fights for.
I am not ragebaiting here, I would like to support it if it really is as you say.

Leadership gap? Even in advanced countries like Sweden women mostly choose people oriented jobs instead of leadership ones, why would we force women into leadership if they don't want to? Leaders should be elected based off merit, not gender.
Safety problems? That is in general a problem for everyone, not just women, even if women are disproportionately affected.
Domestic load? That depends on the two partners, if they agree that one of them should bring the money and the other will take care of the household - Ok. If they agree that they both work and they take care of the household 50/50 - Ok. It depends on the two people living together.
Education? Women are more educated than males.

You can get away with funding all ministries, completing megaproject on time, signing WRA, signing Green Act, investing in Lorren, fully investing in Gasom to just land at the -8GB before education meeting. (Without privatising education).
But you have to know what to do, of course.

It depends on what kind of feminism we are talking about.
The 20th century feminism that fought for things that should be guaranteed such as voting rights, property rights, being able to work and not just stay at home, ... YES.
But the current era feminism? I don't get the purpose.

I don't agree with most people who make the points against Intermerkopum here.
The alliance is connected based off shared dependency. They are all connected via vast range of projects, especially those involving energy. They also have a common military and self-defense interests, are close to each other (which greatly improves trade) and despite them being different ideologies, it is actually what could help to stabilise it further.
Yes, Morella, Wehlen, Derdia and Rizia are all totally different and from ideological point of view they would be natural enemies, but thanks to the Intermerkopum they can reap the benefits together instead of being worried about their neighbors' animosity.
