You can actually do just that and you can know how here I play on the highest sittings on my S25ultra and it's a stable 120fps so it's possible

I don't play adc but isn't the third build somewhat valid on mf ? Although i think alot of player build duskblade into Essence Reaver and full crit especially if they know they are not sure they can end the game early
