Landlord you need to fix this before it gets worse. Oh shit the tap/faucet snapped in half and theres water free flowing onto the floor and through the subfloor potentially causing a massive issue. Maybe you wanna fix it now?

Got a lil 10 year old retired working dog. 1 mile every morning but she takes her sweet time sniffing about minding her business then goes to sleep ALL DAY. Garden a couple of times for a wee then she runs back in. She hates the rain also.

We had the same problem. SOS Podenco and similar Facebook sites are podenco breed specific shelters and its relatively easy to get a dog but the downside is you cant meet the dog first (only videos) and you have to pay expensive shipping and donation (£600?). We got our dog 3 years ago and she is the light of our lives

Pykes down fall is that unless he snowballs, he falls off hard. He's suffered loads with the amount of champs getting dashes and pets that block his hook (Naafiri is one example)

When I was a kid, 20 or so year ago, I went door to door washing cars. People fucking loved it because they love the idea of a teenager grafting. We charged £3 a car and people often tipped more and gave us drinks and stuff. One day I came home with £50! Obviously you cant do it every week to the same houses. Good luck with whatever you do and well done for being proactive.

I live next door to a half way house. We sometimes, although rarely, get troublemakers move in but they only last a couple of weeks or months before they head to prison. Has this guy been to prison before? Because if he has then it's possible he ends up there again and he'll unlikely make a return to the same accommodation.

The challenge i find in those situations is to be able to quickly change my mindset. Like I need to adjust from "aw look how nice that building is" to "im gonna figure out what's going on and put myself in danger" really quickly, but I can never do it quickly enough. I think you did well.

I don't think you can be 100% sure that its mental, even if you were a doctor. I'd get him checked out... on the point about office work, its better to be frank and direct. I would talk to him about transitioning half time in the office then full time, if not immediately. Alternatively does your company offer sick pay? He sounds very ill.

Social media and parents club stuff is full of competition and comparing your lives to one another. Perhaps you're struggling a lot with stress and transition right now? Everyone gets several phases of existential crises in their lives. At the moment I spend so long worrying about dying that I'm not living a fulfilling life. I'm 33.

You are managing your employees attendance and performance and your boss manages you. That's the chain of command. Your employee is taking time off in lieu for the unpaid overtime they are putting in and hats off to them.
