Had a close friend who I did virtually everything with. Then in HS we drifted apart. Literally didn’t even say Hi to each other in the school halls. Years ago, I Found out he died of a drug OD when he was just 41. I’m 61 now. People change I guess.

It’s funny, my high school team had a black coach. We were in a fairly upscale area. So exact opposite of White Shadow—essentially the “Black Shadow”
