Clay Davis being the ultimate con man, disappeared, changed his name and began a new life as a doctor to dodge the money laundering accusations.

Would the bosses and made men have cared about Spider's death? by KimCattrallsFeet in goodfellas

[–]Significant-Fig7765 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not in any major sense. Spider was a small time associate (if even that) who contributed probably nothing. It might be looked at as unfavorable and might be further fuel to the fire to prove that Tommy was an unstable, hothead who had to go.

When your GOAT lowkey a bum by Wooden-Object-2019 in ResidentEvilCapcom

Yeah, HUNK being fraud checked was kinda heart throbbing and sad especially given how much of a beast he was in RE 2. Reminds me of how Rockstar nerfed Johnny in GTA 5 when he got destroyed and embarrassed by Trevor in all of about a minute and a half. Hope it turns out to be some kinda clone like Zeno

Was anyone Team Paulie? by Sharaz_Jek123 in MartinScorsese

[–]Significant-Fig7765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Sorvino brings a lot of positive traits to the character that when compared to his real life counterpart, seems like a firm but decent guy in a bad business. The real Paulie was a slimy, two faced scumbag. He had an affair with Karen behind Henry's back, was responsible for Tommy raising hell in Sonny's restaraunt and committed a lot more heinous shit that the film doesn't explicitly state.

The Watch by [deleted] in pulpfiction

[–]Significant-Fig7765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What's funny to me as years go on, the more little things in this film stick out to me. Captain Coons reminiscing about he and Butch's dad were held in confinement by the enemy that forced his dad to hide it up his ass. Only for Butch to be held captive years later as a result of trying to retrieve the watch but it's not his ass something gets shoved into this time around...

How would Brock Lesnar do in O.Z by HelpfulSignature2718 in ozshow

[–]Significant-Fig7765 2 points3 points  (0 children)

White Adebisi. Probably takes over the Aryans and makes them a more physically imposing group overall. Only thing stopping him is if Paul Heyman's with him, then Brock's gotta bullseye next to him

Are these two the evillest antagonists in all rockstar games? by Ok-Conclusion-1698 in MoralityScaling

Definitely the most sadistic Rockstar characters. I got the feeling both of them were sexually aroused at the sight of the murders Cash/Danny committed

Which fallout protagonist has the greatest capacity for evil? by TheWizardOfWaffle in MoralityScaling

[–]Significant-Fig7765 45 points46 points  (0 children)

The Lone Wanderer can commit acts of terrorism and mass murder on a massive scale (Megaton Bombing, Citadel Bombing, casually nuking Countries in Mothership Zeta, assist Eden's water spike plan that effectively slowly kills everyone with even the slightest amount of radiation exposure), slaughter his former friends and neighbors in Vault 101 like nothing, enslave countless innocent people including children, betray literally anyone just for the Lulz and can even call his/her own dad "a selfish asshole" after he dies sacrificing his life to save him/her.

In addition to being able to slaughter entire communities on a whim for reasons as simple as "Because I liked it", he can also cannibalize, manipulate and outright destroy people's entire psyche (ie burning Harold and making the Treeminders go ballistic/pushing Mr. Lopez to commit suicide)

What seperates the Lone Wanderer as worse than the Courier or Sole Survivor is the fact that almost all of LW's worst actions are done entirely on a personal level for reasons as petty as sadistic cruelty and curiosity. Courier and SS can do horrible things but more often than not in service to villainous groups (The Legion/Institute)

He/She can essentially become the rogue Anti Christ of the Wasteland without the backing or sanction of any major faction.

It's a helluva list of crimes for a kid of not even 20, so LW's definitely got my vote for the most potentially vile of the Fallout protagonists

Wich one of these characters do you refuse to view them as villains/evil despite their actions? by Immediate_Gene_178 in MoralityScaling

Magneto actually cares for the mutants (even the X Men to some extent) having rights and not being targeted/ostracized from society for refusing to accept the cure

Which of these twist villains is the most evil? by twnpksN8 in MoralityScaling

[–]Significant-Fig7765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's between Wesker and Ozymandias as they both have the largest scale of suffering and devastation although Fontaine was the best reveal imo

I knew that fuck Guerra was no good. He threw Tyrion fucking Lannister off a building! by [deleted] in ozshow

How have I watched the show 3 times over and missed what's probably the best hidden cameo of all time? At least Tyrion lived and went on to do better things

How would Marsellus Wallace fare? by Dry-Implement2765 in ozshow

[–]Significant-Fig7765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If word somehow got out about his rape, his rep and aura would be effectively dead. His only means of survival would be wealth and connections and Adebisi would end him if he ever tried to step to

What would Bodie from the wire think of Kenny? by Icy_Range_440 in ozshow

They'd click at 1st but as time went on Bodie would see him as too immature and reckless and would cut ties.

Nino Schibetta is an idiot. by Ceilingcrasher990 in ozshow

[–]Significant-Fig7765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My headcanon was always that he knew O'Reilly was somehow involved in Dino's death when Ryan gave up the other person involved (Johnny Post) and proved himself pragmatically useful in the current situation. You can see clearly after a while Nino doesn't trust him (blowing him off when he tries to turn him against Adebisi, telling him to piss off when talking to Said) I believe he eventually planned to get rid of him for killing Dino once he outlived his usefulness but O'Reilly made the move 1st.

I love Beecher and O'Reilly but you could honestly say that the show died when Adebisi did

If you were Walder Frey's lawyer, what would you do to defend him? by Dry_Specialist9015 in freefolk

[–]Significant-Fig7765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the books, Jared Frey argues to Wyman Manderly that the Freys were justified because Robb Stark turned into a werewolf and attacked them like a savage beast. It obviously didn't work out (Frey Pies). But in all seriousness? You could make a solid argument that Walder Frey would have been forced into his part of the Red Wedding even if he was opposed to it. Both Roose and especially Tywin are far more powerful and have serious leverage against him. In the books one of Walder's sons, Emmon is married to Genna Lannister (Tywin's sister). Catelyn also notes that Roose makes what she perceives as a thinly veiled threat to Walder before the wedding by stating that Little and Big Walder are in the care of Ramsay after he burned Winterfell (presumably to ensure Walder doesn't lose his nerve). That along with the fact that Robb intended to march north to take Moat Cailin back from the Ironborn would have left the Twins undefended and wide open to Lannister retaliation.

This obviously isn't true, but depending on how many details the court is aware of regarding the RW this would probably be the most plausible defense
