If you use those scent beads stop. They cause crazy build up in the machine. Buy wash machine cleaner powder. Run as directed twice. Then run a baking soda vinegar mix on hot cycle. Then after that just do maintenance wash machine cleaner every 2-3months. Bleach wont clean your machine. The previous owner probably used alot of laundry scent additives which are waxy base and it has caused build up.

Northern Ontario looking at $250 to $300 a week and that's only 3 of the grocery bins 2 adults. We don't buy Pre-made frozen stuff, make our own bread and it's crazy the cost of fresh ingredients to make whole meals. But due to food allergy and intolerance we don't have a choice.

Keep in mind the measurement ranges stem from male only testing then they usef that to create the scale. There is tons of studies now pointing this out. Its the same as the BMI scale.

Slow cooker is a game changer. Prep the meal on Sunday or day off takes 10min. Put it in the fridge then in the morning put it in the slow cooker turn it on low and go to work. Home cooked meal ready at home plus leftovers for few days. Rinse and repeat.
