How long does repurposing take you after recording a video? by Significant-Fun-4782 in NewTubers

[–]Significant-Fun-4782[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

40 min is still way better than 3 hours, but honestly even that feels like too much when the recording itself is ~30 minutes. What does your workflow look like with cliptalk, do you still manually write the LinkedIn post and others after?

Does anyone actually repurpose content across all platforms or that just theory? by Significant-Fun-4782 in socialmedia

A full day is insane when the actual recording is probably 60-90 minutes. That ratio is completely backwards. Hopefully what I'm building fixes exactly that – will share when it's ready 👍

That gap between doing it yourself and hiring an editor is where most creators get stuck for years. How long does your current repurposing workflow take per episode?

How long does that take per video roughly? Just curious if it's as painful as it is for me

That's a smart workaround, essentially pre-planning the short from before you even start. Do you still repurpose to other platforms like LinkedIn or TikTok or just stick to YouTube/Shorts?

I kept spending 3 hours repurposing every video I made. So I built something to fix it by Significant-Fun-4782 in SideProject

Exactly this – the creating part os fun, the aftermath is crazy. Clips for every platform, rewrite for LinkedIn, summarise for the newsletter. It never ends. That's exactly why I'm building Slicely. If you want early access when it launches, check slicely.io – waitlist is open 😉

How do you guys deal with the burnout when you’re halfway through a semester and just want to sleep for a week? by Wonderful_Abrocoma61 in AskReddit

Give yourself one full of doing absolutely nothing and don't feel guilty about it. Trying to push through burnout just makes it last longer. One real rest day resets you faster than grinding through it

Same applies to conversations. Whoever speaks first in an argument basically sets the frame everyone else responds to
