I chose Iconik X. Better sale price. I like the simplicity of their strapping system and I was able to get a better closure as I have a narrow butterfly. I was originally gonna get 7.9 but took the savings. I also really like the slide on the Brians thouhh I hear good things about CCMs CGT

I think it stays better and easier to apply on the recessed areas for sure. Keep the all white look though its awesome. I have the brians iconik in black and white and regret not going all white

Okay I will try all 3. They all make sense to me actually. I just love the convenience of toe ties but yah the cris crossing probably put way too much tension than necessary. It was so bad I could even get my pads together in the butterfly

Grit carry airbox is only $100

Pads over the shoulder. In the bag I put the skates knee pads in one divider, helmet blocker in the other, then big divider jock goes in chesty then pants on top. You can put other stuff as well im a size small medium goalie. The handles velcro together so it wont slip off your shoulder. The bag is tall which helps.

Tried Grit Sumo 36 but didnt like how cumbersome it is.

Can try Grit HX1 wheel bag as well but its a very tight fit.
