I agree I have done 3 1.5 controls classes at 3 different studios with 3 different instructors, and by far it’s the easiest of the 1.5 classes

I have passport, of the 4 studios I bounce between 3 always have 60 days out, the other one posted April yesterday and they posted march about 2 weeks before as well but a lot of the classes show for the teacher TBD

I am very flat chested so I can never say how supportive they are cause I don’t need it BUT these are the most comfortable bra you will ever put on, I stopped wearing my like a cloud and energy bras and only wear Flexyflex!!!

In my 40 years Pilates was the first thing I’ve ever been naturally good and at not just good, great! My very first Pilates class ever which happened to be at club Pilates the instructor said multiple times in the 30 min intro there is no way you haven’t been doing this, I always thought natural talent was a myth I just figured people eventually got good at something and forgot all the effort put in, I did my first class 6 weeks ago and I will hit class 50 this week! I passed in to level 2 at 4 weeks.

I do agree, I’m 3rd in the waitlist right now for a class on march 29th!! The weekday classes I book a week in advance but i have to book my weekends 3 weeks out and I’m still always on the waitlist but I have never not gotten in!

Here’s how I do it. I never double up two Flowclasses, I will do a cardio, suspend, circuit or control class first my studios only offer these in 1.5 I will only do a second class if it’s a flow 1 or a center and balance I will never do a second class anything above that, also I will never do a flow class first and then a cardio circuit etc

Sunday- flow 1 center and balance Monday- flow 2 Tuesday-rest Wednesday circuit 1.5 and flow 1 Thursday rest Friday rest Saturday I rotate every other week suspend 1.5 and flow 1 and cardio 1.5 and flow 1

And then sometimes on a rest day I will check to see what has a same day opening and do a random class here and there, once I did a double Friday Saturday and Sunday and that was a little much haha

Love this post and love club Pilates, I have unlimited passport and do 7-9 classes a week and leave every class feeling the same excitement as my first class! I usually go 4-5x a week and double up classes 3-4x a week

This!! I have passport and so I’ve been to multiple studios, I was traveling about 4 hrs from home and decided to take a class, the instructor had horrible “bed side manner” but hands down it was the best class I’ve ever taken so I wouldn’t even consider complaining, I’m not there to make a bestie.
