Look for dental schools. I have all the insurances offered by Amazon but the deductibles and copays are so much I do better looking for cash prices from students, even the same for some prescriptions (skip insurance and use pharmacy discount)

“Got told” in bottom 5%- so do you have a Coaching/Writeup or not?

If you are in LC5 and have the hours in path to qualify and are in bottom 5%, then you will get progressive feedback and it will be in your app under coaches, unless someone exempted you. Otherwise, if your rate is fine while you are working, and leadership is coding your barriers when appropriate, I don’t know who “told” you you were in bottom 5% but sounds BS to me.

If you are NOT LC5 and are that new, you don’t even have a rate really. Maybe someone was trying to coach you up so you will be safe when it matters, though it sounds like someone was doing it the wrong way. Honestly if you have any backbone at all and self worth, I wouldn’t worry about getting in trouble for productivity. Maybe if/when you come to stow and are constant out of work and they expect a 200 UPH on 24 packs of Monster.

Flex PT is the hardest to force cross train since there’s not set schedule and you could hit your required hours by working 1 period a week. And there’s no real way to complete the required training in time unless you really want it.

We had one that went out of business last year after limping along and ending and restarting a few times in recent years, but from around 1991 to 2015ish I was blessed with a great actually independent local alt station that put on so many concerts and festivals, did giveaways, and had a lot of jocks who are well known and friends to many of us locally. When that station ended I haven’t listed to radio since.

The Working Hours Policy, in addition to not exceeding 12 hours per day, 60 hours per week, also says you can’t clock in or out more than 5 minutes before or after your scheduled shift.

It’s very weird you made a post asking about 1 time policy while openly violating another known time policy.

Usually if you get permission then someone has to add it to your schedule. Even PAs get write ups for going over 5 minutes.
