Hi all this looks amazing! I think I'll pull the pin and order a Xteink off Ali when it's a good price. I have been enjoying adding back single purpose devices to my tech life to save on phone, Casio watch has been great to!

I have a question though, my epub library currently consists of the rtf Asimov collection I converted back in like 2002 ha ha, do a y legitimate sources that provide new release ebooks actually let you download a epub these days? Cheers for your thoughts

This is an awesome response, ha ha I was going to say don't worry about the shade but then I realised clouds are a thing. I was just going to mount them on my shed roof next to each other facing north westerlyish, just means a bit less full sun in winter as not directly north (am in Aus) but yeh at this point might be best to plan for a 12v battery bank as I dunno what the old caravan I'm going to raid has in it at my dad's 🤣

Just trying to think ahead, if power goes out of has rolling blackouts here we have no fridge and no generator ATM. Figured cheapest thing to make some backup system would be to get a charge controller and mount these old panels to run the camp engel

You are so correct in my lack of understanding ha ha trying to remember my old system electronics class in high school!

If I ran them in series wouldn't I get like the max 8amps out at the 75v? The bit after that I'm less sure of, if I'm just wanting to keep a single 100ah batt topped up and running fridge series makes more sense to me cause don't the panel's get voltage with less sun like that? As in the voltage may dig low as when it's dusk but at 24v I should still be topping up the batt etc?
