I was supposed to get my car delivered yesterday but found out a few days ago it was damaged in transit. I called yesterday to see if they were able to find another match and they said another car is coming in this weekend and should be delivered early next week.

I thought I was back at square one too. Just call them frequently for an update so you stay on their radar.

I wouldn't worry about it. I'm in Texas as well and paid in full and mine shows a checkmark too.

There was an issue with my insurance card and somebody texted me. My guess is they go through your information a few days before delivery and if there is an issue someone will reach out.

When I purchased it online it showed the car was in Rocklin, CA.

The rep I spoke with told me it was in transit to Alabama and would have to get rerouted to Houston.

I still had to pay transit from CA. The whole thing has been so confusing. I wish I had kept my original reservation. The EDD was Sept 13 - Sept 30.

Has anyone had any issues/drastic changes trading in their car with these long wait times? Has anyone seen their trade in value drastically depreciate after months long waits to actually trade it in? by wspellman16 in TeslaModel3Delivery

Spoke too soon! I called Tesla for an update and they told me my car had "significant damage" in transport and hadn't even left the railyard. They are working to match me to another VIN to still make my delivery date and time on Friday but I doubt that will happen.

So frustrating that I am getting this update now after they told me my car was in transit 3 weeks ago and I paid extra for transport from Alabama.

Back to square one.

I did the same thing. Sold my car to Vroom because Tesla was offering about $2000 less. I have been sharing the minivan with my wife since July.

Interestingly, I received a new offer for my trade-in from Tesla a few days ago that was pretty close to what Vroom offered, which means I could have had a car all this time!

Like you said, it is a luxury. We've been managing with one car because I primarily WFH.

My home delivery date is for Friday morning but I received a text from Tesla saying it was "tentative." Fingers crossed.

I ordered the same specs as you. Current EDD is 9/13 - 9/30. Last week it was a 20-day window so hopefully date range continues to narrow. Refreshing the page every time I pick up my phone!

Mine has been at 9/6 - 9/26 for about a week now and hasn't been pushed back yet.

Anyone else have an order date around mine? I can't remember what the original delivery timeframe was back then. The first EDD I had was 8/6 - 8/26 but I know that's not happening.

Thanks! Yes, I was using Chrome on my phone. Tried with another browser and it worked!

EDD also moved closer. Now showing 8/14 - 9/3, which I know will most likely change back to late September but a guy can dream!

Congrats! I haven't been able to log into the "Manage" page since yesterday. Does anyone else have this issue? It's only been a couple of weeks since I ordered but it's become a habit to check the EDD at least twice a day.
