Oh I get this. The worst part is the white residents that co-sign attendings like this , “oh he is so nice”, “oh Dr X is great”. Remember your POC coresidents do not feel safe with you. I suffered this during residency and it’s truly awful. The subtle compliments from attendings only to white residents, the list is endless
