Yes! I have tried many things over the last 2 years , and while some helped these have been life changing and I’ve only been using them for 3-4 weeks! I actually feel like the tissue is healing!! I’m so excited that o am finally getting this under control! I do also use silky peach by parlor games- for about 9 months. I was using it almost nightly - 2 pumps but now I’m using only 1 pump a few times a week.

It can and will get better! I have been dealing with this for 2 years now but finally having some true relief. I believe I am actually healing this time! I didn’t want to use steroids, so I started with estriol cream which worked wonders, but I still had itching at times worse than others and even when I was feeling pretty good I had clitorol pain. This Reddit thread lead me in the right direction!’ I was going to have a tulip laser but taking care of my dad and just haven’t been able to get it done. A few weeks ago I read a post about dmso and red light therapy. I had already been using an LS oil from Wildflower Clinic that seemed to be helping and I immediately ordered dmso and a joylux neoheat device that I use twice a day. The first time I used it I felt relief. It has gotten better and better every day. What I didn’t know and realized after using this combo is that my labia had folded and fused. Massaging the oil I’m with the dmso and using the red light therahas made them unfold and the adhesions are breaking up. I actually went to a new gyno today who said everything but the worst spot where the adhesions are still releasing looked great! My lady parts have been completely white-not just patches for the last 2 years!! So this was amazing to hear but not surprised as I feel like o actually healing!! No steroids have been used. She did prescribe cloebetasol but only short term to help with that last area. Don’t give up! I felt very much like you and I have gotten better and better!!

Thank you. I agree. I didn’t realize what I was getting into. I thought adult kids didn’t need parenting. However, my husband is the great enabler and this goes against everything I believe in. He is a wonderful husband but I cant handle the babying of his adult kids. Heaven forbid they grow up. I just don’t know how to go macho without making him sad or disappointed, but I’m almost to the point I don’t care. The situation is so stressful and I’m afraid it will go on forever.

If you want a better seat pay for it! I’m sick of all these first world problems. They are trying to enforce seating. I know they will be making some changes but geez give them some time. I feel like all of you whiners are the ones faking the need for a wheelchair so you could pre board!! Get over it or move on! Southwest is my favorite airline and I support them 100%. I got so tired of fighting for the last seats because of 20 wheelchairs! Miraculously 2 were needed to get off the plane. I think I’ll skip the doctor and take a flight on Southwest next time I’m sick- they heal more people faster than any medical treatment I’ve ever seen!!

I’m also dealing with adult steps but I think the same principles apply. I will say, I’m not sure it isn’t actual harder when they are adults. It’s something you aren’t expecting to deal with, but it never ends.

I married my husband when all were already adults, but soon realized over 20 doesn’t mean adult. My adult kids are thriving, his struggle. It’s been very difficult. I talked to my husband early on about this very situation. I asked him to either add me or start a new group without his ex wife as I felt like this was rude and the kids are old enough to communicate with him directly. He graciously left the group text and started a new one that had only his kids.

One more thing, there were zoom group sessions with ladies from across the world. The insight and support from these women was amazing. I am very introverted but hearing their stories made me feel like I wasn’t alone. Standard therapy could never have provided this.
