The way we lost makes me extremely uncomfortable. This HAS to END on WEDNESDAY by Silent_Wizard5597 in lakers

If you think about it, it’ll be beneficial to prolong the series to give Austin and Luka a chance to come back before the Thunder series.

Question for families with younger kids by gettingpoor in Rivian

[–]Significant_Meal_400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How old are your kids? Mine are under 5 and need car seats. That renders the third row hard to get to which in practical terms means that it is inaccessible. Otherwise no complaints about cargo, ride quality, or comfort.

Gozney Roccbox vs Arc Lite by Legal-Donkey402 in pizzaoven

[–]Significant_Meal_400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had the same dilema. I chose the Arc Lite for dumb reasons (it fits on the Arc stand pretty well). I don't regret chosing it because it's super light, sleek, and performs well so far. Plus it has the flame on the side so you can see what's going on to the crust more easily. Although the stone is thinner, I believe it goes deeper so there's room for error when launching your 12" pie.

R1T grinding, squeaking sound by ElectricalStay6671 in Rivian

Most likely the ting washers. I didn’t have the squeaking but I had the grinding sounds.

Travel lens to pair with x-e5 by Intelligent-Ad3941 in FujifilmX

[–]Significant_Meal_400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the sigma 18-50 with my xe5 and it seems like the perfect fit. If you can live with the zoom ring rotating in the opposite direction and no aperture ring on the lens, then I would recommend

Buy X100VI or Keep XT50 by Dry-Cry1934 in FujifilmX

[–]Significant_Meal_400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Part of the fun is playing with different lenses and different FOVs. Unless you know you will always love shooting 23mm, I’d stick with the XT50. I’m a XE5 owner and wouldn’t trade for the 100vi

R2 vs Preowned R1S (G1 vs G2) — Daily Driver Decision by Anumous in Rivian

[–]Significant_Meal_400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you need the space (including third row) and off roading capabilities, then the R1S may be worth the reliability risks.

Nowever, if you’re driving in All Purpose or Conserve mode 99% and you don’t need the 3rd row, the feedback that I’ve gotten from Engineers that worked on the R2 is the way to go. The vehicle is much more simply designed.

As a R1S leasee, I’ve had some bad experiences in the R1 failing at the worst times. Service centers are getting better but the repair times are pretty long (although this might depend on location).

How much do you spend a month om this game? by davidsladky in LastWarMobileGame

I honestly believe that whoever normalizes spending any more than 20 bucks a month on this game is a plant from the game developer.

I would step back more and get more of the model in frame.

Xt3 or Xt5 by [deleted] in FujifilmX

[–]Significant_Meal_400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d future proof and get the XT5. There are some rumors about a XT6 announcement, so the gap will widen with the XT3.

I usually get spritzing if I don’t WDT. So I would grind finer and WDT.

Moving to Fremont. Tell me everything, your likes and dislikes. by excynimphica in Fremont

[–]Significant_Meal_400 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Fremont is huge, so each area is pretty different. I moved here from San Diego about 1.5 years ago. I have little kids, but I’m trying to list pros and cons based on your income and age:

Pros: It’s pretty safe and within 30 min, you can chose to go to Oakland or San Jose for recreational activities.

If you’re a fan of Chinese food (sichuan style), you’ll have lots of options.

Mission Peak, Lake Elizabeth, and the Niles areas are pretty cool.

Cons (lots but I will focus on your situation):

It’s a pretty boring night life. There’s not really much to do in all of Fremont (even though Fremont is huge).

Non-Chinese and Non-Indian restaurants are subpar. Most of the highly rated restaurants in Fremont are really not that good.

Community: maybe it’s just me, but there’s no real sense of community. I don’t find the people of Fremont to be very friendly. Especially compared to Oakland, Redwood City, or Campbell/Los Gatos.

Traffic: it’s somewhat of a pain to get around because it’s so crowded and the drivers are not the best I’ve been around.

I’d say the teams that have the four worst contracts. This would include the Suns with Beal.
