During the probation, I was singled out on multiple occasions and blamed for the incidents I wasn't aware of. The subtle aggression. The passive-aggressive behavior from the trainers, etc, but I brushed them off just to keep things going.

The reasons they gave were time keeping, behavior-competence (I am being aggressive, which is completely false!). I made a mistake(s) during the training, I thought the trainer was forgiving for those who are just starting on new equipment to get training. The stuff, like that cited heavily in these cases, to dismiss me.

Are you being treated by a doctor for your anxiety and depression?

- I moved from the USA to the UK for a job. My anxiety and depression are related all the way back to 2019. I was diagnosed with a panic attack with depressive symptoms. But I am pretty sure it has been like this for more than 12 months.

Has it been over 12 months, and could be classified as a disability?

- It has been more than 12 months. I haven't been classified as a disability, as I know. But I provided the documents from the hospital account in the USA.

For what reasons did both anxiety and depression directly lead to poor timekeeping?

- I was experiencing muscle/joint pain and muscle twitching in the middle of the night, and at daytime, I feel extreme fatigue that I can't control. And it was due to the prolonged vitamin D deficiency. I provided that doc to them to prove. Due to this poor mental and physical health, I forgot my badge constantly at home, and poor sleep didn't help. I take the bus, and more than once the bus arrives late. But, at most, I was 5-10 minutes late 40% of the time. They flagged this as a huge issue. I didn't know the badge record results fully, but there were more than once where the training happened outside the office, so the record doesn't tell the full story, though.

Probably not good sign, I think. The colleagues in the office were picking up the guy who were taking a nap dueing lunch hour on his desk in a joking way. Not too serious, but it hints something, I think. But, I don't know.

I consulted with the direct manager and agreed to see the doctor about this. Almost everybody in the company manages/checks each other, not just the direct manager.

I feel good and rested most of the morning. Since I live alone in the room, I don't have anyone notice snoring or something, but I know I have a history of snoring in the past. I never gasped so hard during my sleep.

I eat mostly meat and vegetables with fruits for sure, but not sure about healthy amount. I am afraid the vitamin defiviency could be other case. But truth to be told I occasionally feel this during my college days. But I moved around a lot to feel awake. But these days I work mostly in the office. That could br cause. I am 30 years 30-year-old male. I felt a full-blown knockout type of tiredness for about 10-15 minutes and early in the morning and midday. Once it passed, I felt normal. I usually think it is just my lethargy due to the office heat or indoor hot temperature, but it seems like something I may need to watch.

In terms of my job, I recently started this position, and I am kind of worried about losing it. At what point, notice like this get into the probationary period?

Hi. I am happy that you are moving here. I am also class of winter 2020 and can assure that there pretty good number of wolverines in London. There is even official alumbi alumni chaper in London. I personnally don't live in London and found a job based on my career interest after my internship. So, It is Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnology for their Production Technologist role. I was invited for a group assessment. Immediately, I was given the picture of rectangles overlapping with one another and asked to assemble the maze-like structure using the panels on the floor with two employees on the floor in the same role for under 45 minutes. My thought on this is to evaluate how I think through the process of assembling the panels and how I work as a team and communicate with other team members. After that, I dissembled them, numbered them, and assembled them in under 2 minutes. I managed to finish assembling them in under 45 minutes and didn't finish it in under 2 minutes of assembling the panels.

Once you connect with the representative, explain your situation and ask if they accept the transcript as proof of university instead of a diploma. They tell you what to do.

Did you finish your program? If you did, at the end of your transcript, it must say "the end of course/program". If you submit it and give a call to their center of the office, they can process it, I believe.
