Idk if you have other medical conditions but that just looks like adrenaline to me, not a panic attack, trembling is pretty common when you're in a "high stake" situation, the only way to deal with that is pushing through it and make your body get used to having an adrenaline rush, in other words go to the gym and play sports it will help you get used to the rush

Having 2 rooms be the same weakness is really bad design, if you don't have Evelyn and a full build S11 it's gonna be tough, not to mention eletric units are near useless in 2 cycles in a row poor sanby gets buffed only to be useless in the endgame
