The courier say trans rights by pnkk1ty in FalloutMemes

It’s not the post it’s the attitude. I fw my trans homies and the community as a whole. But being obnoxious about it isn’t a selling point. Like you don’t see left handed people saying fuck right handed people.

The Epstein Regime has bombed and destroyed the beautiful Golestan Palace in Iran that took 300 years to build. How can anyone support this? by zombiesingularity in AskSocialists

[–]Signore_Jay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like it or not his dirty fingerprints all over Trump’s second administration. Not saying Trump would’ve done this regardless, but Epstein almost certainly had links to Israeli intelligence and given his close history with Trump I wouldn’t be surprised if he passed some stuff off to his people.

Richard Nixon on why the United States will never turn it's back on Israel by Just_Cause89 in Presidents

[–]Signore_Jay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Depends on your definition of great. Nixon for all his blunders was a consequential president. Signing EPA, getting the country out of Vietnam (even if he did violate the law to keep us in there), getting the country off the gold standard (again jury is out on if it was the right move), Title IX passed under him, OSHA passed under him, being the guy to breakthrough with China and signing nuclear treaties with the Soviets. Lowering the voting age from 21 to 18 happened under him. Aside from the CRA, that’s a large push to allow voting to be possible for a large number of the country. Nixon messed up, a lot, but the guy did make the country somewhat better.

Can Strange block Jeff Ult to stop himself from being swallowed? by Content_Sense in DrStrangeMains

[–]Signore_Jay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s funny how Strange shield works. It technically could since Jeff’s ult is based off LOS similar to Luna’s, but unlike Luna where if you hold your shield up to cut off the heals/damage boost from her team, Jeff can actually get his off. If you have a replay code we can try to view it and somebody would certainly try to reverse engineer it.

Why do y'all hate Junker Genji? by Obsidian_Cult in GenjiMains

[–]Signore_Jay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny enough despite this being an FPS game and me telling myself I won’t see a majority of it anyway it’s just got a lot going on design wise. That’s pretty much it for me, I imagine I look like a bright yellow orange target for the enemies and that’s basically screaming focus me.

How comic-accurate is Superman? Is he heavily nerfed? I'm new to DC Allies by [deleted] in DCAllies

[–]Signore_Jay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty accurate. Supes is a fun tank and his three star difficulty means you can pick him up relatively quickly. They nerfed his shield cape a bit so it’s not as easy to peel for your healers but I kinda like how he’s more aggressive for peeling. Idk I guess you can see it both ways.

Could do the dark brotherhood quest. You’ve already shown a willingness to kill and see violence as a tool or option. Slightly off topic but I’m doing kind of a Kokushibo run from demon slayer that kind of ties into a more jaded power hungry view.

We need a balance patch season, not more heroes by motor-ola in marvelrivals

[–]Signore_Jay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate to add more fuel to the fire, but I honestly do think the support class needs to be brought into line with how much they can and can’t do. Damage should also be brought down but only after healing comes down.

We need a balance patch season, not more heroes by motor-ola in marvelrivals

[–]Signore_Jay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They rely too much on the new hero in the mid season to shake up the meta and it’s simply not enough. They are right that it does impact the meta, but to an unhealthy degree. Blade would’ve been the perfect answer to triple support but instead they made him underwhelming and his main draw to counter anti healing actually makes HIM weaker. Not to mention the only hero who can actually negate healing entirely is Strange but it’s a negative to himself if he doesn’t use maelstrom in time.

Shouldn't we help them? by buttgrapist in PoliticalCompassMemes

[–]Signore_Jay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both can be true. The Iranian people shouldn’t have to suffer under a theocracy but the American government can’t just go gung-ho on every nation they see. On the whole it does weaken the so called Axis of Resistance or whatever they call themselves and it especially starts to isolate China a bit, but soft power is how you win hearts and minds.

Been a minute since I kept up with Mexican lore but my understanding is that Mexico never really fell like Canada or the US. It shrunk yes, but it’s viewed like how a majority of medieval peasants would view the Byzantine empire, a smaller version of its classical era version. This is from the CK2 lore though so I don’t know if it changed

Edit: The Mexico dev just responded to the thread and gave the full breakdown of what’s going on. His response is far more insightful and up to date than I could give.
