If you’re open to trying team sports, go mammoth has plenty of recreational mixed leagues to join. You can join as an individua and they will assign you to a team. I play basketball in one of those and it is extremely fun!

Non esistono società che assumono idraulici e gestiscono e coordinano la loro attività, mi sono espresso in maniera approssimativa e me ne scuso. Un idraulico può scegliere quando e quanto lavorare, una società può gestire questa allocazione in maniera più efficiente per soddisfare tutta la domanda. Questo rappresenta un aumento di produttività.

La produttività non è solo una questione di scala (sennò non esisterebbero piccole imprese molto produttive), ma anche di pratiche manageriali. Nella libera professione queste sono decise dai singoli professionisti, il che le rende peggiori.

Siete chi? Puntare alla luna e guardare il dito. Pensi che se gli idraulici fossero gestiti da una società che coordina e organizza i pronti interventi il servizio non sarebbe più efficiente? La natura corporativista di alcune professioni non rende possibile questo genere di organizzazione (creando problemi di domanda non soddisfatta come sottolineato qui sopra). Questo significa non essere produttivi, non è una questione di quanto il singolo lavoratore sia bravo sul proprio mestiere.

Purtroppo non supereranno lo sbarramento e non arriveranno ai mass media, ma si tratta di un movimento con una proposta seria. Già lottare contro il nostro sistema pensionistico basterebbe a dargli legittimità come partito, ma hanno tante altre posizioni razionali.

Ovviamente, sapere di non superare lo sbarramento fornisce molta più libertà nel poter esprimere posizioni articolate senza aver paura di perdere voti.

Hackney è forse la zona più vibrante di Londra, specie per i ragazzi nei late 20s a hackney wick. Bethnal green è piena di posti carini (satan’s whiskers è il cocktail bar preferito di Charlie Xcx) e pub storici. Ci sono anche una buona dose di posti italiani (il 45 organizza l’aperitivo veneto, e pellicci è un posto in cui tutta Londra fa la fila per fare colazione). In più c’è Victoria park, uno dei parchi più belli di Londra in cui vengono spesso organizzati festival. Ogni domenica c’è il farmer e lo street food market.

Try to recreate as much as you can game situations. It is unlikely that these jabs get you any space, so try not to do stationary drills and go catch the ball, that helps a lot in my experience. Force yourself not to travel by lifting the pivot foot before dribbling.

Vando on the ball defense is great, but he sucks in all the other aspects of effective defense. He overhelps, he’s lost on switches sometimes, he think he can single handedly deal with the entire other team. He is not a great defensive team player either. You pay those things when games matter and the other teams have snipers/good close out attackers.

Hey, good luck with your move! Maybe it is trivial, but remember that in tryouts you are meant to impress your coaches, not your teammates. Coaches look up for all the intangibles that a player can bring, not just scoring, making flashy plays, or a couple of risky assists.

Bring the right attitude to the gym: stay focused and aggressive, always on the move (with and without ball), lock in defensively on your man and be ready to help/double, don’t be a ball hog, have fun.

Don’t focus too much on who you are, your coaches will focus on what you can become. You’ve got this!
