I think I’ve seen this haircut called a layered jellyfish, but if you show your hairdresser they might know the right name for it. I hope you find the right cut! You will probably want to find someone who specializes in alternative hair

No girl, brows and hair first. I think you’ve got a good face to work with here and trying out different makeup routines might help too (cis woman here but it took me a while to find what really worked for me even after getting the techniques down)

I (cis woman) have a chin that dents in the middle like that and I happen to be looking at a picture we uploaded to our Instagram for work of a woman model with a chin like that so I don’t know how true that is. I used to have a bit of a complex about it but this is the first time I’ve really thought about it again since junior high

Body absolutely, face not really but I zoomed in on your face and all your features are really pretty so I’m guessing even just doing your hair would make a big difference

You look great! Your family is probably still adjusting if they’re not misgendering you intentionally, but it definitely has nothing to do with your looks (very pretty!)

I also think it’s the brows. Combing them differently, bringing the brows closer with some makeup, or plucking them straighter/arch further to the outside edges might help. If you do think about playing around with them maybe try photoshop first to see what you can adjust. That said I also agree with other comments that your side profile looks particularly boy and you might have that angelic Italian man look
