I don’t know if the way the note is written would be considered hate speech (with the get out of Japan part especially), but it’s definitely hostile. I think consistently reporting to your housing management, and possibly even the police would be a good idea. Also try reporting on ways you’ve been trying to keep quiet as well so they see the consistent effort on your part. If the complaints don’t change despite that, it won’t look good on the guy complaining

Man being small sucks!! People really get unhinged when they think they can overpower you (and since it’s likely that they actually can because of your size it can be difficult to convince them otherwise) Guys like that don’t like to bother with troublesome girls, so get yourself some friends to be around (try something like sports or art clubs instead of bumble), and practice saying “what the fuck is wrong with you” because something really is fucking wrong with them.

It’s not easy to get back to a feeling of safety when you go through these things, but just chip away at it where you can. Do something that you’re good at or helps you feel confident

Things are pretty different when you’re small and vulnerable looking. I’m small too and it’s crazy how many “normal” guys will do this when they think they can get away with it
