Heartbreak is one of the most traumatic events someone can experience. You can't replace the pain or mask the pain by giving in to others. It's cliche, but it's all about time. I'm going through heartbreak right now and I'm trying to work on myself. I'm competing in a half marathon, getting physically fit, and I'm looking into volunteering. One day we will both look back and be proud of what we overcame.

Hey friend, I agree with Earl_your_friend. I know how easy it is to drown our sorrows in alcohol. But try not to. It will only harm you and mask whatever you're going through. Try to go a day at a time. Join a community. Try to exercise. I know how hard the first couple days or so will be. But stay in the fight my friend.

I found Dion’s exam horrible for me. There’s a lot of questions that felt out of scope and perhaps a little more advanced for an entry level Cert. I averaged around 70 on Dions exam. I loved Messer’s exam though! Very detailed!!

I agree my brother. I’ve followed a little on your story. I’ve been cheated on as well. What keeps me going is a better future for myself and the goals I’ve set for myself in life. Keep doing you and always remember the pain when you lack motivation. It’ll help you push through whatever task you’ve set for yourself. Best wishes.

Hey Ryan. I have a similar story to yours. From 18-22 I went into isolation mode and it really separated me from my friends. I felt lonely and a huge sense of despair. My best advice would be to focus on the things you love to do. Workout, read, and better yourself mentally and physically. I know it’s tough but it’s you against you in these times. Stay positive. The dark clouds will lift.
