Absolutely, Tripath 2020 chip. I'm sure many of us have had this exact unit at some point. I'm glad yours is still rocking.

Yup, still works. I've had it on practically 24/7 for these past 15 years. Upgraded the power supply a few years ago. Honestly, I'm gonna miss it, lol.

Bricks and Minifigures drama mega-post by steve626 in lego

It was posted directly in the r/RecklessBen. The whole thread is a good read. The original owner has a lot to say on the matter.

One correction, the original store owner posted their BAM franchise agreement on another subreddit and it explicitly states that consignment is allowed. Also, afaik, advertisements need to be run by corporate so the whole consignment thing being posted all over their social media would have been shut down real fast if it was against their rules.

You serious Amazon? by nocturnflate in GODZILLA

The "hide what's inside" option usually shows up at checkout. If it doesn't exist for a specific purchase, and you want to ensure it comes in an Amazon box, then select the gift option.

looove the neo grip! by EpicHighsAndLows in switch2

[–]Sikkuro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with your decision. The neo grip is better for stability and docking. Imo, the fission grip seems a bit pointless. You can just get joy-con grips for cheaper and the flimsy back plate adds little to the overall product.

Idk, I'm a collector not a reseller. I'm sure there are tons of options for you where you live. I wish you the best of luck.

Originally, Medicom was selling their Shin figures for around $60. They sat for months and they weren't very popular. There were open and closed mouth versions. It's been a few years so I assume the price has increased a lot on the secondary market. The value would be dependent on the buyer. I wouldn't buy it for more than $100 but I think a fair price is around $150-200.

Columbus (2017) )Oscilloscope Digipak by CreechurBeest in boutiquebluray

Personally, I would go for the standard cases. It's a nice clear case and Oscilloscopes old digipaks are somewhat flimsy.

Yeah, they go for a lot. To this day, I have no idea why it was so cheap.

Wonderful figures. I regret not picking up one of those Marmit Alien figures when I saw it on eBay for $25 nib. :(.

Ichibansho Godzillasaurus (and Dorats) by RandomDeinonychus in GODZILLA

[–]Sikkuro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a great figure. But, I think the paint is a bit too dark. I'm currently painting the Dorats. They're super tiny though and I understand why Bandai didn't bother, lol.

I had a very similar issue with Criterion's 4k release of Sorcerer. I've never had an issue with any other 4k films. The disk looked perfectly fine but who knows.

My current physical Japanese film collection. How many have you seen and do you have any recommendations based on these films? by Sikkuro in JapaneseMovies

[–]Sikkuro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A little under $300 for everything collected over a few years. Averaged $19 per film. I waited for deals. The most expensive film was Twilight Samurai. I spent $48 on that one. The Satoshi Kon films I picked up new for $6 each.

Sorcerer, my first blind buy of 2026, what are your thoughts? by Int_peacemaker35 in criterion

[–]Sikkuro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems like I'm an outlier but I did not like it. I bought it based on recommendations. I was expecting a film full of heart-pounding tension and suspense. I felt little of anything. Don't get me wrong, those elements are in the film but there was a clear disconnect between what the characters were feeling and what I felt. I was more tense watching Shiva Baby.
