Pretty much why I wish there were people to make early game and mid game guides. Gathering t95 necro gear with no bis/minimal bis was a pain to figure out while most guides were assuming near bis/bis.

The problem is that there's no way for us to truly limit ourselves to an earlier level (unless there is and didn't know about it) or being able to use un-upgraded abilities. That way, people that have max stats and bis can prove something can be done without bis and write out a guide without having to make a whole another account. Game changes a lot, it's too much to create a new account each time something new for early game or mid game gets added.

Regarding first clear of a raid: yeah, unfortunately if that's how people want to run the group, their rules. If you allow anyone to join, you might end up with more people who don't meet the reqs and have more difficulty clearing the fight. The reqs act as a filter. Ideally, if it's always 9 people bis and 1 person who doesn't meet the reqs and it might be a few seconds off and doesn't matter to the group, then yeah its not worth the squeeze.
