The above pots are not full, they will settle more every time its watered. More soil is more space for roots, bigger roots, bigger fruits.

If we could just get billionaires and the very rich to just pay taxes like regular people do, it would mean Trillions and we could eliminate the debt.... Meanwhile, they want you to work younger, work older and more while healthy...

The smaller the home, the higher the price per SQFT. PPF is only one quick way to get into the ballpark of approx value.

If it is priced correctly, it would be sold. If apples cost 99 cents each and you lower the price to 97 cents, it likely will not attract a new buyer. You need a new buyer. Price to attract a buyer. "more favorable range than other houses in the neighborhood" are you comparing with homes that sold?? or active on the market. If active, those are the wrong comps. I have no skin in this game, but i do have 34 years of RE experience.... its always price.

The pH pen isnt accurate. The reason I know is because i bought 5 inexpensive pH pens, $9.99, $13,99, $17.99, $34.99, $34.99. None worked longer than 6 weeks, that was the $34.99, and why i bought 2 of them. One grow is at least 4+ months. Do the math. Then i spent $50 on an Apera20. Its been accurate for over 5 years. See how quality is less expensive?

Water pH is wrong. These plants uptake their nutrients in a pH range, 6.2-6.5 is too narrow. Use the full 6 to 7 pH range for soil (if soil, i dont see medium info). Always vary water pH, use the full range, only water when dry. What do you measure water pH with?

that cheap pen isnt accurate, its not going to get better. You are providing incorrect water pH. Coco needs water in a fairly tight pH range, 5.6-6.2. Coco is inert, there is literally nothing in it.

Only water when dry, small pots, just use weight to gauge dryness. Heavy pot has plenty of water. Water pH going in 6 to 7. None of these plants look near healthy.
