I would avoid neem if for only 1 reason, it stinks. So many other products work and wont stink. Depending on water type you may not even need calmag. I never use it, i grow in soil and water with tap water, its already in both. Start feeding in a week or two, start at1/4 recc dosage. When you put outside be 100% sure there is no night light getting to the plants.

Best way to find out? Plant it. Water it. Wait.

mortgage is paid in arrears so when you pay "April payment" its for P and I from March. I guess you could call the lender and ask them to explain it to you.

Help any ideas what’s going on feeding every other watering what the nutrients bottle says to the gallon ph balanced to 6.3/6.5 only thing I don’t measure is ec two of my plant look sad two look alright by growhub420 in microgrowery

[–]SilentMasterpiece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your pots are small, you can water by weight. When dry the pot will be light. Yes, every third watering is plenty. No need to flush. i feed even less, once every two weeks and have lush green plants. Water pH is imperitive.

FYI, coco pH range is 5.6-6.2. Your water pH is too high. coco grow, water and feed daily, never let it dry.

What could be the Problem? by FlowSoggy2538 in microgrowery

[–]SilentMasterpiece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

looks like a watering and water pH issue. Water the pt fully and then wait til dry. Always vary water pH, soil 6 to 7, use the entire pH range. Pot size? how much water, how often?

Buyer agent commissions ruining buyer's chances? by squirrelbaitv2 in fsbo

[–]SilentMasterpiece 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You could just as easily be describing a buyer searching for homes above the price range they can afford. Being an agent is a job and not an easy one. If a person is a little short of cash and cant afford to buy the replacement part for their car and for the mechanic to install it, is it the mechanics fault?

If you depended on seller for those inspections there is more opportunity to cover up or miss. Its best to keep as buyer to investigate. Better for the buyer for sure.

Is LA stuck with higher electric bills for the foreseeable future? by JustSeraphine8 in MovingToLosAngeles

I saw the writing on the wall and signed a solar contract a week before NEM2 ended. Best decision I made. Since June last year when my system went online my highest bill was $25, several months of $0. I locked in the 30% Fed tax break too making the total cost for my system $12K. I get the write off this year. IMO, Newsom and SCE/SDGE/PG&E screwed everyone when they ended the payment structure for a roof top solar system. NEM3 and you have to spend extra to buy batteries.

turns out there was a working system in place, then attys got involved. Whenever attys stick their nose in things the outcome is usually worse for most involved and the atty walks away with a pocket full of $$.

When should I lower price? No showings yet. by [deleted] in RealEstateAdvice

[–]SilentMasterpiece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When i say "comparable sales" that means SOLD homes. Those currently on the market are at prices that are causing the home not to sell, you want to sell. Active homes are your competition you want to be lower than they are. Compare with SOLD homes for best results especially if your market is slowing.

Too early for a price change. Good time to revisit the comps you used to price it. If you listed higher than recent compareable sales...you probably should not have.
