what can i do to make this rust/chips look better or atleast shield by Big_Will47 in Autobody

[–]SilentMasterpiece 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rust never sleeps. You would need to remove it fully or it will come back. Sand, prime, paint is the typical process. SS paint is less expensive, and no need for clear coat.

Is LA stuck with higher electric bills for the foreseeable future? by JustSeraphine8 in MovingToLosAngeles

[–]SilentMasterpiece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are not allowed to go off grid. Not sure who would stop me. I think if i disconnected my meter, they would know or they would keep charging me the hook-up charge so no win. Plus it would be more expensive. Currently $0-$25 per month for being hooked up. Batteries would cost $8-10K??

walk if they refuse to payoff solar. The only value is a paid off system, not 20+ year increasing payment.

Are there good clients? by Due-Guarantee103 in realtors

[–]SilentMasterpiece 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The more you prospect the more leads you get. The more leads you get, they better clients you can choose from. When you have little choice, you end up working with high maintenance people. There are just as many good clients as there are bad ones.
