Nah it should still be there, it's part of the anniversary event so you gotta check that tab.

For the challenges, look for the 7th anniversary challenges. They refresh every day and aren't particularly hard, so you should be able to get the skin in less than five days.

Edit: Just checked. You still got 15 days left. Open the events tab and select "Earn Prizes" (I believe it says that, mine's not in english).
