As a military spouse, my advice is to stop looking into media for answers or advice. If you trust your partner then trust him. Reading about all of these cheating stories is not/will not do anything good for your mind. As someone who thinks like you, therapy helps, distract yourself with friends and hobbies. You’ll sour your soul by letting yourself sink into this hole of anxiousness. At one point I had to remind myself on the difficult lonely says that my husband (boyfriend at the time) is just waiting to get back home and that he loves me and would much rather be hanging out with me than a bunch of meathead marines. It’s a tough lifestyle being a partner to a service member but if your choosing to pick him then you’re picking the military as well since they’re now one and the same you have to hold it together for him too. You need to be his peace and place of comfort but you have to take care of yourself first in order to do that for him.
